Return Policy

At One Stop Store, we strive to ensure that every purchase and every product is accurate and up to your expectations. However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, the product is not working upon delivery, or if the color or size is different from what was ordered, you are eligible for an exchange or return.

If you are reporting a missing item or wrong product, you must either check the package in front of the delivery person or record an unboxing video during opening. Without an unboxing video, complaints regarding missing products, courier damage, or incorrect items will not be accepted. To avoid misunderstandings, we strongly request that you record an unboxing video while opening the package.

One Stop Store offers a 7-day replacement warranty on almost all products. In addition, most products come with specific manufacturer warranties that start from the day the product is received.

Cases Where Return, Exchange, Warranty, or Refund Is NOT Applicable:

  • If the product has burn marks or physical damage
  • Software or digital products of any kind
  • Clearance sale items
  • If the seal/sticker of the product has been removed
  • Undergarments
  • Accessories, chargers, or adapters included with the product
  • Free gift items or promotional rewards
  • Products with scratches, marks, or those not in resellable condition
  • Compatibility issues with third-party hardware/devices/apps/software (if not a default feature of the product)

Return Procedure

If a product needs to be returned, please send it back with all included items such as papers, box, accessories, warranty card, stickers, labels, and any gifts. The product must be properly packed in a separate bag or box (do not tape directly on the product’s box). You may send the product via courier to our office address or deliver it personally (or through someone else). If pickup is available in your area, we will try to arrange it, but you must pay the courier charge in advance.

Returned products must be in resellable condition. If any parts are missing or the box is damaged, the return will not be accepted. If everything is intact, we will inspect the returned product, and if approved, the refund will be processed within 72 hours.

Delivery Charges for Faulty Products

If the product has a genuine fault, One Stop Store will bear the delivery charge:

  • Inside Dhaka: BDT 60
  • Outside Dhaka: BDT 120
    (Any additional courier costs must be paid by the customer)

For returns due to change of mind, personal dislike, or non-fault issues, the entire courier and payment settlement charges must be borne by the customer.


Cashback & Gift Refund Policy

If your order included cashback or gifts, these must be returned in case of a refund. The cashback amount will be deducted, and only the remaining balance will be refunded.
