Refund Policy
If a product from a paid order is out of stock, or if a product is returned due to a defect, or if one or more items in a multi-product order are unavailable and unlikely to be restocked soon, a refund will be issued accordingly.
In the case of product returns, the refund decision will only be made after evaluating whether the returned item is in resellable condition.
Refund Processing Time
The refund will be initiated within 72 hours from the date of the refund request via the same payment method used during the order.
For payments made via debit or credit cards, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account statement. If it does not appear within this timeframe, please contact your card-issuing bank or reach out to us via whatsapp , mentioning your order number.
Refund Charges
There are no charges for refunds—meaning the full paid amount will be refunded.
However, if the product has already been handed over to the courier or delivered and you request a return and refund due to any issue (in such cases, exchange or warranty policies may also apply), the following charges will be deducted:
- Inside Dhaka: BDT 100 per order
- Outside Dhaka: BDT 200 per order
Additionally, payment settlement fees (if applicable) will also be deducted before processing the refund.
Refund Policy for Discounts and Offers
If the payment was made via bKash, Rocket, Nagad, Visa, MasterCard, or AMEX, and there was a discount or cashback offer, then:
- The discount or cashback amount is non-refundable.
- For example, if a product priced at BDT 1000 was purchased for BDT 900 due to a discount, or you paid BDT 1000 and received cashback—only the amount actually paid (i.e., BDT 900) will be refunded, and not the discount or cashback amount.
